SHIPPING POLICY

WHERE WE SHIP TO

We want you to have access to our beautiful one pieces regardless or where you live. We ship anywhere in Continental Europe. If you live in Continental Europe all you need to do is go through the checkout process and insert your delivery address. The shipping cost will show up on your cart. However, if you don’t live in Continental Europe you need to get in touch with us via email at hello@shopmareehaute.com. We will then calculate the shipping costs, costumes and duties (if applicable) and give you an estimate of delivery time. Then, if you want to go ahead and place an order we will help you out. 

SHIPPING COSTS & TIMINGS

We understand that, these days, most customers expect free shipping. Currently, we are not able to offer free shipping in Portugal (islands included). We are a small startup that is trying to make a difference in the apparel industry. Our margins are already very slim. Additionally, we don’t have enough power to negotiate more advantageous shipping rates with reliable carriers. We hope that with your help we will grow our business and one day offer free shipping at least within Europe.   

PORTUGAL

We use CTT - the Portuguese official post service. We charge 4.50 EUR for orders (up to 2kg) shipped to continental Portugal and 6.50 EUR for orders (up to 2kg) shipped to Madeira and Azores. 

If your order is to be delivered in Portugal you should expect to receive it within 3 business days. Please keep in mind that we are not a large, fast fashion corporation. We do our best to ship your order as soon as you place it, but sometimes we are only able to ship it the following business day. 

SPAIN

We use CTT - the Portuguese official post service. As long as your order is to be delivered in Continental Spain, we ship your order for 6.50 EUR (up to 2kg). If, on the other hand, your order is to be shipped to an Island a higher shipping cost incurs. Please get in touch with us via email (hello@shopmareehaute.com). We will calculate the cost for you and help you place your order. 

If your order is to be delivered in Continental Spain you should expect to receive it within 3 business days. Please keep in mind that we are not a large, fast fashion corporation. We do our best to ship your order as soon as you place it, but sometimes we are only able to ship it the following business day. 

CONTINENTAL EUROPE (EXCEPT PORTUGAL & SPAIN)

There are a number of shipping carriers out there but we want the best for you. We want you to receive your order timely and in a good condition. DHL is one of the most reliable carriers globally so we have decided to work with DHL when shipping outside of Portugal. 

Within Continental Europe the shipping cost, for up to 1 kg, is 18 EUR, except for Switzerland and Norway. For Switzerland and Norway the shipping cost is 35 EUR. 

Expect to receive your order between 3 to 6 business days after placing your order. Please keep in mind that we are not a large, fast fashion corporation. We do our best to ship your order as soon as you place it, but sometimes we are only able to ship it the following business day. 

REST OF THE WORLD

If you live outside of Continental Europe you can still have access to our one pieces. All you have to do is to write us an email at hello@shopmareehaute.com. We will then calculate the shipping cost, customs and duties (if applicable) based on your address and help you place an order. We will also estimate how long, in business days, your one piece will take to arrive at its destination. 

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

Within the European Union customs and duties do not apply. However, if your order is to be shipped to outside of the European Union, please note that customs and duties may apply. We cannot be responsible for customs and duties. You are responsible to settle customs and duties with the local authorities.
