Teresa Paiva is a nutritionist who has listened to hundreds of women talk about themselves and their bodies. She has helped many women power through journeys of physical and emotional transformation. 

We go by the same name. We have been close friends for more than 20 years. We have spent endless summers at the beach in Portugal. We share a huge passion for swimwear. We celebrate our differences and believe our distinct view of the world enriches our entrepreneurial journey.
